By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Skanzo ("the Application"), you enter into a binding legal agreement with the developer of Skanzo ("Licensor", "we", "us", or "our").
If you do not agree to these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (EULA), do not download, install, or use the Application. Your continued use of the Application signifies your explicit acceptance of these Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Licensor grants you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use Skanzo on compatible iOS or Android mobile devices that you own or control.
Permitted Use: You may use the Application for personal, retail store, commercial warehouse, or organizational inventory counts, barcode scanning, label printing, and PDF/Excel reporting.
Skanzo offers both a free tier and a paid non-consumable Skanzo Pro Lifetime Purchase (€29.99 excluding tax, or equivalent in your local App Store / Google Play Store currency; applicable local taxes such as VAT are added at checkout).
Skanzo Pro is a one-time purchase billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account. It is NOT a subscription and does not incur recurring fees. The standard reference price is €29.99 excluding tax; applicable local taxes (such as VAT) are added at checkout. This reference price is converted automatically by Apple or Google into your regional store currency based on your account's store location. You may restore your Pro unlock on any compatible device logged into the same Apple ID or Google Account using the "Restore Purchases" feature in the app settings.
Skanzo is engineered as a 100% offline application. All inventory sessions, stock counts, scanned product catalogs, unit prices, and exported documents are written directly to your local device sandbox storage.
Your Responsibility: Because we do not store, host, or back up your data on remote cloud servers, you are solely responsible for creating regular backups of your device and exporting important PDF/Excel reports. Uninstalling the app or resetting your device will permanently erase all local databases. Licensor has no technical capability to recover lost local data.
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to Skanzo (including but not limited to source code, user interface designs, graphical elements, brand icons, document formatting templates, and text) belong exclusively to the Licensor.
You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to derive source code, create derivative works, or redistribute the Application or any component thereof.
The Application includes features for exporting PDF files and printing barcode labels to thermal printers or standard AirPrint / Mopria wireless printers. Licensor does not guarantee compatibility with every third-party printer model or external hardware scanner accessory.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF BARCODE DECODING AND STOCK COUNT TOTALS.
WHILE SKANZO IS DESIGNED FOR HIGH-PRECISION INVENTORY MANAGEMENT, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO AUDIT AND VERIFY CRITICAL FINANCIAL OR QUANTITATIVE INVENTORY AUDITS BEFORE SUBMITTING OFFICIAL TAX OR AUDIT DOCUMENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.
IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE SKANZO PRO UPGRADE (IF ANY).
Licensor reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Application following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
