01. Offline Operation & Data Ownership
- Complete Autonomy: Notaro operates 100% offline. No personal, commercial, or accounting data is collected, stored, or transmitted to any external server.
- Exclusive Ownership: You are the sole and exclusive owner of all content created in Notaro, including company profiles, client directories, catalogs, quotes, and issued invoices.
- Backup Responsibility: All data is stored exclusively on your device. You are responsible for performing regular backups using Notaro's built-in JSON data export tools.
02. Accounting & Legal Compliance
- Compliance Mechanisms: Notaro incorporates document editing features designed to support invoicing compliance standards, including sequential invoice numbering, SHA-256 document fingerprints, and Ed25519 digital signature QR codes.
- Tax Responsibility: You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of all information entered (SIRET, VAT registration, applicable tax rates, legal addresses) and for declaring income to relevant tax authorities.
- Issued Document Locking: In accordance with accounting non-alteration standards, issued documents are permanently locked against retroactive modification.
03. In-App Purchases (Notaro Pro €29.99)
- One-Time Lifetime Unlock: The « Notaro Pro Lifetime » unlock is a single one-time €29.99 ($29.99) non-consumable payment with no monthly subscriptions, recurring fees, or hidden charges.
- Store Transactions: Purchases and payment processing are managed exclusively by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play Store). Notaro never receives or stores your payment card credentials.
- Restoration: Pro unlocks can be restored at any time on devices linked to your Apple ID or Google Play account.
04. Privacy & Device Permissions
All device permissions (address book contacts import or logo photo selection) operate strictly locally on your device. Notaro contains no ad networks, analytics SDKs, or third-party trackers.
05. Limitation of Liability & IP
Notaro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The software publisher cannot be held liable for indirect data loss resulting from hardware failure, loss, or damage to your device.
All intellectual property rights in and to Notaro (source code, design system, trademarks, UI) remain the exclusive property of the publisher.
