LeafPulse was designed with a fundamental principle: your data belongs to you. The app operates with no remote servers, collects zero telemetry or analytics, and stores 100% of your information directly on your device.
1. Data Collection and Storage
All data entered into LeafPulse (plant names, watering logs, care notes, schedules, and growth photos) is stored exclusively on your device's local secure storage.
- No user account or registration required.
- No data transmitted to any third-party cloud servers.
- No tracking code, advertising identifiers, or analytics scripts.
2. Camera & Photo Library Access
LeafPulse requests permission to access your camera and photo library solely when you choose to photograph or attach growth pictures of your plants.
Your photos remain stored locally within the app's sandboxed storage directory on your phone. They are never uploaded, analyzed on external servers, or shared without your explicit action.
3. In-App Purchases (PRO Version)
Transactions for LeafPulse PRO are processed securely and directly by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play Store).
LeafPulse does not collect, store, or process any payment information, credit card numbers, or billing addresses.
4. Local Notifications
Care and watering reminders are generated locally by your device's operating system based on the time you set in the application settings. No notification data is sent or received from external servers.
5. Your Rights and Data Deletion
Since all your data is stored locally on your device, you have total control at all times:
- You can edit or delete any plant entry or photo directly inside the application.
- Uninstalling LeafPulse immediately and permanently deletes all locally stored app data from your device.
