By downloading, installing, accessing, or using FastPure (the "Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the Application.
02 Description of Application
FastPure is a 100% offline, private intermittent fasting utility designed to help users track fasting and eating windows (including 14:10, 16:8, 18:6, 20:4, OMAD 23:1, and custom schedules), metabolic stages (digestion, fat burning, autophagy), streaks, and local notifications.
03 Medical & Health Disclaimer
FastPure is a time-tracking utility and DOES NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Metabolic stage estimates (digestion, fat burning shift, autophagy peak, deep autophagy) are educational reference indicators only. Intermittent fasting is not suitable for everyone (including pregnant or nursing individuals, minors under 18, persons with eating disorder history, or individuals with chronic metabolic conditions). Consult a medical professional before starting any fasting routine.
04 In-App Purchase & Billing Terms
FastPure uses a transparent, subscription-free payment model:

- Store Billing: Payments for the one-time FastPure Pro purchase are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store under their respective terms, automatically adapting to your regional currency and local taxes.
- Restoration: You can restore your lifetime purchase at any time on any device linked to the same Apple ID or Google Account using the "Restore Purchase" button in the app.
05 Software License & Intellectual Property
FastPure grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial use. All software code, UI designs, logos, and assets remain the exclusive property of MMP Studio.
06 User Conduct
You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Application binaries, local storage structures, or license verification logic.
07 Data Sovereignty & Backups
Because FastPure operates 100% offline with zero cloud servers, we do not maintain remote backups of your fasting data. You retain full control over your data sovereignty and are responsible for manual CSV exports or system-level backups (iCloud / Google Device Backup).
08 Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
09 Limitation of Liability
FastPure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Application. Total liability is limited to the actual amount paid for FastPure Pro.
