By downloading, installing, or using ChronoPace ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
1. License Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ChronoPace for personal, non-commercial fitness training purposes on any Apple iOS or Android device that you own or control.
2. In-App Purchases & Payments
ChronoPace offers an optional, one-time purchase ("ChronoPace Pro") that unlocks advanced features (such as progressive ramp profiles, pocket lock mode, and additional acoustic sounds).
- No recurring subscriptions: The Pro purchase is a non-consumable, lifetime unlock.
- Restore purchases: You may restore your purchase on any device using the same Apple ID or Google Play account via the in-app "Restore Purchases" button.
- Refunds: All purchases and refund requests are handled directly by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) in accordance with their respective refund policies.

ChronoPace is a rhythmic tempo and cadence tool designed for training assistance. It does not provide medical advice, heart rate diagnosis, or physical rehabilitation plans. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any new running or athletic program.
3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, trademarks, graphics, audio algorithms, and design elements within ChronoPace belong exclusively to its creator. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the application binary.
4. Warranty Disclaimer
ChronoPace is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with standard consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
